You can't point out one instance of me lying because I don't don't. And I just defend me and mine when we are attacked, which is quite often. On the other hand, you just posted something that is patently wrong. It may have been a mistake on your part if you were given incorrect information.

How much you lied in your pockets with Jim On top of that I bet you don't even have a job because you seem to be on here a lot more than anybody else in anybody has anything else to say you attack them

The following was cut and pasted direct from the lease ..."Royalties shall be paid without post-production deductions for the costs of producing, gathering, storing, separating, treating, dehydrating, compressing, transporting, or otherwise making the oil and/or gas produced from the Lease Premises ready for sale or use"

Plus, the royalties are 18.5%, not 18%.

Myles;  I don't know if you are lying, were fed incorrect info from someone within your organization, or just have a reading disability but you need to know the facts before posting.

Where can we find the lease? Who are the principals?

it sounds like the lease language makes you pay for alot of costs incurred by the energy company.  Gathering,  marketing,  compression,,  dehydration,  transportation,  processing  and removal of liquid hydrocarbons and impurities.

First of all it's 18% of the net amount not the gross

Myles,

Please share with all! What sample lease and what issues do you have with it? You may want to start a discussion on this topic! Please ..detail, .. detail.. detail! This forum is to help all landowners. These one on one arguments help no one. Also, with the time lag, I guess you are talking to Jim Litwinowicz?
