Chip, the assignments have been recorded but aren't viewable yet.  They were just put on Friday.  As soon as I can see them, I will post locations.  I'm guessing they were parcels Halcon leased in the CX deal that were surrounded by Swepi leases.  There are 40 pages of them as Linda Sheirer had heard.

I had contacted CX about a year ago. Talked on the phone guy got my information found that I had a little over 200 acres completly free of any leases. He said he would send out there booklet (which I received) and give me a chance to look over it before contacting me. I never heard a thing since. Not a call, nothing.

Now It could have been a lot of things, misplaced info. Maybe the guy I talked to is gone. Maybe something I'm not thinking of but to me the mind set is yeah we will shoot something out in the mail but there isn't much chance of making any money so I'm not going to work to hard for it.

I have approximately 180 acres of Oil and Gas interests for sale in Venango County. Properties are split into 7 parcels ranging in size from 4 acres to 100. Located in various townships. Price is lower than you might think. I can sell as a package or individually. PM me for additional information. This discussion is not being started as a pro/con to selling.

LOOKS LIKE A LOSING PROPOSITION! First you need heat to convert the plastic back to oil.  So they propose using clean electric to save on the omisions that is supposed to cause climate change. Most electric is generated by burning more fossil fuels. Looks not to improve air quality. No one has invented a perpetual motion machine yet.

Surely the Federal, State, and Local Governments must look at this and introduce it ASAP.

Ten years ago more or less. My wife and I planned to sell our place as we approached our late 50's. Buy a 5th wheel an hit the road. Of course the only thing I have ever heard about Utica was a small town over by Cochranton and up in New York. Any way we thought when things were going wild in Mercer county and Ohio we would pick up some lease money on top of selling the place. Now here we sit. We want to get on with our retirement plans but do we try to sell this place for a lot more money to cover the future lease. Would anyone pay extra for it with no lease? If so how much? Or do we sit here forgoing our dreams waiting on a lease that maybe years away?
