Comment by markkot on June 3, 2015 at 2:53am Dave, I have property about 9 miles E. of the Staab well and I follow news on it and the Byler, and Lippert. An atty I have a marketing agreement with told me last year when I asked him what was going, was that the well output contained paraffin (the waxy-like substance you referred to). I looked at another site containing definitions and it is supposed to be suitable for kerosene and lubricating oils, but does clog the perforations and 'gum' up the pipe processing components. I've heard nothing about any viable extraction means.....
Comment by Dave on June 2, 2015 at 3:27pm I heard that wells drilled in Crawford county were oil but the oil was a waxy substance that clogged the bore holes. So it made it difficult to extract the oil. Does anyone know anything about this. Also was told that companys will figure out how to extract this sooner or later.
Comment by Giacomo on October 15, 2014 at 11:11am Timber rights were being solicited by Ongley Forest Products at 1-800-877-3046 to our property by a Patrick Ongley.
Seeking a buyer for you oil and gas property is like saying I am desperate to sell it.
Best price comes when the real operator finally comes to find you.
The middlemen are just looking hold the property and sell it at a nice profit.
If you really need a little money now - then advertise for sale.
I have 296 acres, and I am not sure what I should be asking. As far as land type its fields/flat but it is just the minerals not the surface
Comment by james on October 8, 2014 at 7:53am Jesse, do you know who is buying Timber rights in the area. I haven't gotten anything for that
in the mail
Have some land Im looking to sell or lease in the Fallowfield area. Anyone know who is buying or leasing here. Got something in the mail and I misplaced it.
Comment by Dave on September 26, 2014 at 8:26am James- Not sure yet. My land is located off of reynolds road by the radio towers.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
