James,
They have been saying the same thing for Mercer county since July.
theres a shallow well being drilled on 27 in troy twp. Caldwell is the well name and range is the operator. there is a current well 75yds away anyone know why they are doing this?? also the same rig was in Venango gamelands on 428 a few months ago. any input there was also a current well there??
Range said they were going to fix or re-frack this well. Has anyone heard if that is still the case or what there plan is?
Lippert Well numbers - May: 6,177.45 MCF sold at $4.29 per MCF and June: 5186.54 MCF sold at $4.28 per MCF. Keeping the day job.
if you look at the actual bill it shows the names of the politicians who proposed it theres 10 names, I don't know how to post the bill but it can be found ."state senate bill 259 of the 2013 session". google it like I posted.
J. Rick,
Almost everyone, with the notable exception of our own Mr. Roae, voted for it. I almost think Mr. Roae may be the only one who actually read it. The question we need to answer is "Who authored the late addition that turned a landowner friendly bill into grand theft, minerals". While all who voted for this bill should be held accountable, We need to make an example of the authors. I keep hoping our groups or press will do some investigative reporting to name names and quantify dollar value of the theft, but so far, no joy.
can anyone elaborate on who the senators were that voted to pass the state senate bill 259 of 2013 session? these are the ass clowns that just screwed all the landowners out of royalty payments by allowing pooling. instead of getting what your due like its been for years now you'll get a taste of the pie instead of a slice... thanks!!!!!!!!!
Any good info come out of the landowners meeting last night?
lolol
It's perfect,....

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
