Does anyone have any updates on the
Wells that were being fracked in Venanago?
I am in Irwin county and interested in leasing.

I think if you are considering joining the MP&cx group it would
Be in your best interest to verify all information you are given
And told. I would recommend taping all verbal promises they tell
You. It would help in any future law suits against them you might have.
They have already showen how competent they are or are not.

To all landowners considering joining the M&P/Cx Venango landowner group, please attend our next meeting at the Rockland Township Firehall at 7 PM on March 26th.   You can ask all the questions you want and everyone is welcome at this meeting. This meeting will be preceded by a members-only update meeting at 6 PM

WARNING: To all Venango County landowners who may be considering signing a marketing agreement with M&P / CX. Before doing so, please obtain answers about how they explain the difference in the Payment Orders involving M&P / CX's Mount Jackson 4 group in Mercer County. You will understand if you read page 27 of the thread entitled M&P BEING SUED found under general discussions. For the varying payment orders see page 16 and 27 of thread. For M&P / CX's marketing agreement, a copy of the landowners' class action against Halcon and Halcon's amended answer see page 18 of same thread. The payment orders on page 16 and 27 should raise questions. Note the word GEOLOGY appears in the one and not in the other!! There may be a perfectly reasonable explanation for the difference and I have challenged them to provide that answer on the above mentioned thread!

I know there's probably only a few people here who really care, but according to my sources, the Allam well on Valley road is now being fracked.  Plus I'm trying to keep Sam from posting the dead cat thing again.  lol

See the thread under General Discussions entitled  "M&P Being Sued". Read the entire thread and you may learn a great deal. Please pay special attention to comments by James Brink, Esq. and those by Shale Advice. A number of others are also potentially helpful.

Frack water trucks have been hauling water to both the Allam and Rainbow well sites around the clock since Friday.  Rainbow and Valley roads are taking a severe beating.  Graders and rollers have been on call around the clock to keep the roads passable.
