The fee of $250 is for negotiating the deal and assisting with any issues that arise during the title work.  They will be having meetings in the future to discuss tax and estate planning issues. They have said they will also give advice should an issue  arise but if further action is required, it is beyond the scope to agreement.

I am not an attorney or an employee of the firm so I suggest you call the law firm at 724 225 1110 if you need further clarification.

Ask any question you want.  What township are you located in? How long ago did you sign?
