At the end of 2010 and beginning of 2011, there was a joint effort group lease in several Western Pa. counties. Does anyone know how this ended?

Maybe Mr. Knapp will give some input here soon so we can all be informed.

13 months ago it was looking good!  Hope it works out for all of those involved.

I would venture to guess that the landowners will be updated soon.  I was told that something should be known by mid-September.
it is OCT.
I realize it is OCT mike. Was just saying I was told to expect info in mid-September (anticipating an update). Thanks.
I heard that final bids were due from prospective buyers by Sept. 8th.  Now it's Oct. 6th.  If you were going to buy the car, then you would of bought it by now.  I kinda think that the prospective buyer backed out due to the spiraling economy and dismal natural gas prices.  It's past time "hoping" for some "change".......lol

Come on Mr. Mike Knapp.  I know you are reading all of these post.  Give us some sort of update here.....

Is it in the positive or negative? Or, just nothing is happening at all?

And no reply from Knapp..................

Hmmmm......if he says something (anything) and the deal does not happen, then he has egg on his face.  He's playing it safe cuz there's 3 months left before the deal with the landowners are terminated with Knapp & MDS.

Sorry to say folks - this thing is DOA.  If there was a deal, then they'd done gone git off the pot already.

More than likely there was and or is offers - however they probably don't meet the Snyders current expectations/needs.  Remember the Snyders from what I have heard do not need to sell and have the resources to sit and wait if needed even with the millions I am sure they spent on confirming all the leases involved.

While everyone involved hopes for the best - the best for some is way less than the ones controlling the sell.  With this much property involved the sell would be limited to big time oil/gas.  I would think with the 10yr term and 15% this would of went and it very well could still go but I am not involved in the industry and just speculating as everyone else.

Heck Mike who is involved can't say anything as just with any sell this big no one can say anything why would they when bonuses are such and they are instructed and told not to.  Cross your fingers and hope something good comes of this soon for all those involved.

Bump again - any new word on the street?
Money is due to those who signed in 72 days or its all null and void.  The crickets are chirping, and nothing is being heard or said about a deal.
