The epa falls under presidents responsibilities. It is time for him to face the scrutiny, his presidential address were mere words. His lack of effective energy planning needs to be a campaign issue.

epa is like the fed, completely private entities that answer to no one that were created by government to ultimately kill business & turn america into a third world nation!!! there is virtually no science behind the epa, what science there is is totally scewed to make it look like something it deffffenitely aint......ummmmm, global warming comes to mind......what thrives off co2? every green thing on planet earth!!!

You guys talk about the EPA but bring nothing up about how the EPA has adversely affected you as an individual. How about putting out a list of the specific wrongs that the EPA has done to you personally instead of making broad statements with nothing to back them up. A lot of people talk about how the national debt is going to affect the future of their kids but apparently they don't care about whether or not the environment will be their for them to enjoy life. We are still fighting the acid mines that were developed with no control. Do we want to do that again with drilling? Better safe than sorry.

Not getting to specific but how about 26k for some bs sediment control and 40k for wetland bs! It has affected me and my family business multiple times. Don't get me started on building codes and ADA bs! Add another 70-80k in expenses there. Keep on policing the environment to the point that no one can open a business and apply all these new codes to current businesses and you have whats going on. Big business leaves, small business closes and struggles to survive. While there needs to be some over sight to ensure public health and safety the current ways are over kill. Keep money coming in at the expense of others, I know more than one person that lost their business do to costly code driven upgrades. Keep this up and eventually you won't have anyone to police but then again you can go out and possibly see some frog, snake etc... that a PNDI says may be present and now all of a sudden ones business can be impacted. I remember reading one head dep official (Adams) leaving to go and work for the oil and gas industry do to over regulation and unjustified fines etc... Again while some regulation is necessary cause major waist, chemical etc... can harm but the things they go after now are criminal in nature to ones on personal private property rights and rights in general.

this is funny. everything you do or try to do is affected by these extortionists. how about 16 different blends of gas driving our costs through the roof. you won't see anybody with a regular sized income saving and building their own house. the storm water management program is thousands. i could go on for a week. the epa is in the business of finding something wrong to justify their existence.

OOPS! Global Warming isn't quite correct because it has cooled for the last several years. Let's change it to "Climate Change and cover up the facts!" Tell me. Has any year EVER, had the exact same weather anywhere, as it had the year before? Same temperature on the same day of the year every year? Exact same rainfall or snowfall on the same day of the year EVER? "Climate Change" is an easy way to say "See, it is changing. We're right!" "We HAVE to do SOMETHING!"
Derrick is right! CO2 is fertilizer to plants that convert it to O2 and carbs! It is added in greenhouses to promote plant growth!
More water (H2O) is generated by burning fossil fuels than CO2! Simple chemistry shows that burning one molecule of methane, the simplest hydrocarbon generates one molecule of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and 2 molecules of water (H2O). CH4 + 2O2 = CO2 + 2H2O. We keep hearing about water shortages. Why not address that problem by burning fossil fuels?
Greenhouse gases REFLECT radiant energy (Heat), rather than trap it. Saying greenhouse gases trap heat is only half correct when they reflect heat back to the earth. They also reflect heat back to the sun. They temper the climate, not warm it.
Clouds (water vapor) are the ultimate greenhouse gas. Clouds forming on a hot day shade the earth and cool it (when the sun IS shining), and a cloud cover keeps it colder when it's cold during the day ( again when the sun IS shining), but keeps it warmer at night (when the sun isn't shining!) Look at the moon with essentially no atmosphere. The dark side is VERY cold, and the sunny side is VERY Hot! As with all planets and moons, the sun is the source of the heat energy reaching the earth. The earth can't continuously warm, because a warmer body radiates more heat! The im-balance with the sun will eventually reverse any warming trend.
Proof that the EPA doesn't know what it's talking about regarding Carbon footprint (CO2)!

don't kid yourself. with the epa youare dealing with people who are up all night long trying to figure out how to stop the fracking in it's tracks. we are dealing with a religion when we are talking about the epa and it's proponents. the epa is right now drawing up new regulations for the drillers. november can't come soon enough.

when i say fed, im not talkin about the federal government.....fed = the money printers in dc......as for the epa, that bogus government redtape machine was born under nixon and its gotten worse eversince.....they operate with a free hand & answer to no one and their financed thru taxpayer dollars while killing the business & the very tax base that funds them!!! epa been messin in TX for quite some time but TX keeps pushing the back & ignoring them in both gas & coal. epa effects every american with the coal laws they keep passing, never in america again will a coal fired power plant be built, and a good percentage of coal powerd plants will be shut down in the coming years because of evil coal, that was in the news last week, watch your electric bills go mad while america is sooooo coal rich its insane......as for facts n figures, thats for people to dig out themselves,myself, i read & kinda just look around......why hasnt an oil refinery been built in america in the last 30 - 35 years? why are some exhisting oil refineries in america being mothballed & in some cases shut down? all epa!!lets not forget cow farts, epa says its bad for the enviroment & america needs to get off red meat, thats a fact!! epa & bomba love solar & wind, say their good& americas future....industry dont & cant be powered of that junk & large scale, it never pays for itself but the epa swear by it! epa is typical of government, lots of money but NO COMMON sence!!
