I was wondering about how many owners in Ohio Co or other areas of WV have been effected by Statoil holding your royalty check because they say they over paid you. What kind of time frame did they give you as to when you will receive your royalties again. I was told that we won't see a check until Oct, they stopped sending checks in June. I'm supposed to be repaying 2,000 back. My June check was 1,100.00 they kept and July is 900.00. something isn't adding up right.

No, I am on the Glauser pad, I know the Khale's, I can ask them for info but it won't be until Monday.

I own 48 acres between peters run rd & browns run rd. But I moved to South Carolina to get away from the SNOW. You are talking about the Khale pad? I am about 1200ft from the Minch pad.

My lease was owned by Chevron, now I'm hearing Chesapeake took over our lease ?

There are 2 wells that are in production but they are turned off right now because they are drilling 4 more at this moment. it ended up taking around five months to receive our first payments. Our first 2 wells went online around Jan 15, 2013 received first payment around June 21, 2013. where are you located?

How many wells are in production on your pad? How many months did it end up taking before you received royalties after production started?

I'm happy with our royalities,

we are averaging around 300.00 per acre per month
