Yes, notification clause is in the lease

two signatures, one from Rex, and another from SEPI. Both logos on letter.

Picked up my certified letter from the post office today. My son, who lives with 1 1/2
miles got his certified, and daughter 1/2 mile got her certified also.
Comment by Geo5 on September 8, 2014 at 12:29pm My lease does not state they have to notify me if it is transferred to another party. So, mine came NOT certified. I wander if the landowners that received their letters Certified had it in there leases that they had to be notified of any transfer. So, Rex may have used the Certified letters as proof that those land owners were notified, Just my Guess.
