Jesse, I am very familiar with CX, I live in Mercer County where I went to 3-4 of their meetings at different locations. They got the best deal for Landowners in this group, I am looking to sign up our Crawford county acreage and get similar terms.
Jesse, how long ago did you sign up with CX? I received a card in the mail showing they have 4 meetings in Crawford county coming up. Have they had any luck or updates with companies they are trying to work a deal with? Thanks, James
Berk I believe they have to report 6 months after the well goes into production and I think they report in Feb. and July therefore if they wait until Feb. 2013 to put it in production we wont know until Feb. 2014. I could be wrong on that but that is the way I understand it.
Does anyone know: When will Range be required to report to the state the exact production numbers?

Ron, I assume you're talking about the well off Lippert Rd. If so, that is excellent news!
James, I have 2 properties. 51 acres in Wayne township Crawford county and another 46 acres in East Mead.
Timothy anthony, you might want to talk to an attorney. I'm not sure the wording of your contract but you may be able to get out of it. Adapt was paying $2,000 an acre and from what I understand the rates are currently closer to $4,000 an acre from viable gas companies.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
