I met an Ergon Oil Truck Driver, he said that leases in Mahoning County are going for $7000/Acre is there any truth to it.

The people who don't own land think natural gas is like sausage,they all use it,they just don't want to see it being made!

Does anyone have information on old leases and wells which still produce (Clinton Formation) and what this means for the Utica formation. It seems to me that a lot of Mahoning County is already leased and has producing wells.
