Hi RB,

Just look at pg 15...sums it all up pretty well.

"Conditional Use" in most zones which I believe would require a variance.

So everything is not automatically a done deal. Fair enough for me.

My Adobe refused to convert them to PDF,s lol

There are 4 of them total that I have fond so far.  West, East, South, and one called Goswell I believe.

The Goswell southern end is just about where I had heard rumors of another well.

There are pipeline survey stakes heading that way.

By the way....good luck w/Rex up in your neck of the woods. "No deductions" is an uphill battle with them unless they want ya really bad.

You are welcome. I use a program called Primo PDF. It's a free download, and it seems to work well.

I contacted REX, and they said they are not interested in leasing in my area at this point in time. I will just have to wait them out, just like Shell. It will happen some day, I just hope I'm still around to see it.

Oh Oliver,  am so sorry to hear that.  I am surprised as well given the current events with leases out your way.  At least you tried.
