Comment by Bill on September 6, 2014 at 12:14pm You're right Terry, it's probably a notice that they are taking over the lease you had with Shell (SWEPI?). We got ours today in the mail. Form letter with websites and phone numbers to call with questions/concerns.

Shell to Rex Energy notice
Got an notice of a certified letter in the post office from Rex Energy.
Will have to sign and pick up on Monday at the post office. From what
I have heard, if no notice, no interest.....since I am receiving a notice from
Rex, guess they will be taking the Shell lease.

Does anyone know when XTO plans on building the Cratty pad in Franklin Twp (off of unionville and 422)?

I believe that they are getting ready to "frack" those wells.
Am guessing it has to do with waster water disposal etc.
Comment by Archer Man on December 15, 2013 at 12:46pm I've seen several emails from the DEP eFacts site for existing well permits. The Authorization Type is an "Alternate Waste Management Practice". Does anyone know what this means?
