Is Tusc county the Tantalus  of the UTICA?

Is the oil so close to us, but yet so far out of reach?

 

So....it will take new technology to unlock the oil here.....meaning 2 more years? perhaps longer?

The presentation Tusc Follower posted makes me wonder if that's why things are slow in Tusc Co...awaiting infrastructure?

Found this presentation on Kinder's site regarding the Tuscarawas processing plant.  The file name suggest it was created late Jan. of this year.  Slide 43 is the important one.
