My property is in Lawrence township and have received offers from Avalanche $250/12.5%, Sierra started at $1500/18%, last offer $2000/18% and had contact with four of their landmen.  Chesapeake was $2690/royalty 1\8.

I got an offer in Mill Township from Avalanche $250 per acre and 10.5% royalties with limited free gas.  Where are all the good offers?  Has anyone else near Uhrichsville had ant good offers?

Has anyone leased living in Lawerence township? Seems like sierra is hitting this area hard.

Also, this presentation was given in March at an Oil and Gas Assn meeting

Be sure to check out page 20 to see how the fracs stay in zone and page 22 for a great maps of the formations

FYI, I know of Landowner Groups that have been formed in Belmont, Harrison, Carroll, Jefferson counties and they are in a much better position to lease their mineral interests now than by themselves. You can find them here on this site easily and you need to get a better understanding of what everything entails. It isn't just about the $$, although that is a part of it, it is about getting a "good lease" with the right addendum's in it, before you sign. No one cares more about you, your family and your future than you do, if you don't take care of your business, who else will.
