Shortly, as in tomorrow, next week, next month? What papers? Is this complication specific to Columbiana County or will it affect other areas in the Utica Range?

More flags on Laughlin Mill rd. yesterday, I bet the road to the pad is started within days. The driveway next door has a flag right in the middle of it.
