Go to shalebiz.com , the registration page,click under lease offers at the top of the page , on the next page click on page5 you will see the offer there, but I am not sure who it's with

I don't believe rumors either, which is why I posted this question here, want to see if others know anything about it or might have a link, etc.

I guess those of us who have been fortunate enough to sign in Washington county know some of the statements to be fact! We can now sit back and watch what unfolds. Good luck to all still working on a lease!

I put no faith in any of these websites which tell you lease rumors. I think it is just people putting false statements and never having to answer for them.

Just PDC's offer of 3000/acre and Reed Energy's 2500/acre. Oh yea, I can't forget the 1000/acre that Wishguard offered us:)

James, Good luck. I wish I was savvy enough to know all the ins and outs of the leases. Thats one reason I went with a group. They do this all the time and know it inside and out. Plus, I don't have the time. A bunch of us went together and we have over 1200 contiguous acres and figured we would have better bargaining power. PDC is leasing in the area around Beverly, Waterford and Lowell along with Reed energy.
