Hey guys! From my understanding from the sorce! Shell is very very happy with the production rates at the patterson well! An that everyone will be very happy once all the transmission lines are in so full production can happen

Rob Hodge I belive the price was $250,000.00 or $255,000.00 for 60 plus acre, no mineral rights

plus 10% auction fee. Tom Hudak bought 10 + acre on Haggarty Road w/minerals.

Did everyone here see the things posted in the Mercer Co page? Seems Hilcorp found a JV partner in Carlyle and assigned 20% of each lease to Carlyle.  More details on the Mercer page.

Rich: The flare is from the Sunco pipe line it's @ 351 & Berkey Road ( state line }
