land locked?
We own 23 acres in Wheeling twp. We sold 50 acres to people in Cleveland..they are on board to sign with Landowners group..however all the other landowners surrounding us...and they own a lot of land..are totally unresponsive to signing ANY lease with anyone. where does that leave us? Our one neighbor has a producing gas well already with Kimball, so he's tied up and can't really do anything. does anyone have answers to this dilemma? Guidence for the greenhorn
Hello, I am new here, and new to the oil and gas business. I wish I would have found this site a few years ago, here is my situation.
