I am looking for comments, both in support of and in objection to, gas field wastewater disposal in PA. The PA DEP recently invoked a voluntary request for gas producers in PA to cease disposing their wastewater at disposal facilities in PA. What do you think? Please support you comments with facts. I know that there is leasing and permitting going on in Doddridge County WV, what can I do to have Doddridge County added to the West Virginia Counties?? I have asked this question before with no response. I have personally signed leases (recently) with Chesapeake and EQT, so I know that there is activity going on. Why Exclude Doddridge from the list?
