Hey Ron! I'm doing good. What about you? BTW- The Youngstown City Schools are starting an Aquaponics program at Choffin and whenever we talk about it, I think of you. lol. I'm happy to have my lease signed and everything. I'm just anxious about receiving my bonus payment. I was also told that I should be in the next production unit. Know anything about either?

I signed my lease for 100 acres in Mahoning County back in mid-January. Since then, my landman has had me "resign" my lease now three times for various reasons such as typos. I was planning on my 120 days ending May 10. This would be the day I should receive my bonus payment. Any idea if the 120 day clock starts from the date that I originally sign, or when Chesapeake receives my lease?

I also signed with Hilcorp and received my bonus on my Pennsylvania property but not on my Ohio property. Thank you for the quick response!

Some of our landowners who signed with Hilcorp have started to receive their bonuses already.

I met an Ergon Oil Truck Driver, he said that leases in Mahoning County are going for $7000/Acre is there any truth to it.
