i agree with you 100%,  it is a business, a big business.  There are some very deep pockets in this industry.  i want to cash in some chips but still stay in the game.

Paul,

we do need a group for that.  i have a guy , a well to do friend of mine who wants 100 ac. of my rights only, not interested in the property.  at the right price it could pay off my whole life and then some.  What is an honest price for these damn things.....  3k   5k   10k   ???????????  somebody help

Hey man...I whish I new....but at 15K  I be a seller.

As I have stated before, I have acreage available in the wet gas zone. If the price is right, your investors can send a check. Keep in touch

Brian,

im the guy in quaker, you came to my house. i will give you a call.

15k and acre I wouldn't sell my property.  It just appraised at 20k/acre.  I would however entertain 25k and acre with all mineral rights etc....  plus their is some other things structure wise on the property that a gas company would love.  Anyone interested let me know, wet gas with plenty of room to keep you rigs, equipment etc... indoors.

Shoot I would love to get in a group to buy minerals since that 100% off sets the taxes since it's trading back into how you go the money. I forget the actual IRS code but it's easy to find if anyone looks.  I heard of people talking about doing this but as usual nothing pans out.  Lots of talk and no money on the table.

I was in the columbus area last Nov and they did not know about the oil and anyone I talked to told me I was wrong and the only people that make money is the ones with a pad.  I tried telling them.  I was hoping to buy land west of us but East of Columbus but since then this O/G is known area wide.

I would take $4000.00 a acre or our 89 acre farm

potter co PA
