I just walked outside and you can hear the diesel pumps going to town "frackin" the J Hall wells. With the pipeline construction underway and the frac taking place...maybe we'll have some production by early in the new year! Even better if it's later this year.
I heard that they might be drilling on the Rotz property, which is between Barker Road & Nevada Road. Anyone else heard anything?
Theres been a company on my road (Barker) all this week called Stantec putting up numerous survey markers rather randomly from top to bottom. Not sure what the plan is here?
Have you had any requests for water testing lately? I did about two months ago.
Did they say where the well is going?
Reuben,
they do have a well planned on me, pad prep soon, Row's have been purchased and to be cleared next month, access road out to Barker is the last step. Should see a lot of action on Barker and Nevada pretty soon
Rob, congratulations!
Rob....do you know which way the laterals will go and what piece of property of yours is the well planned?
Catt,
The pleatcher well is on hold for now but the access road up Nevada and across me to it will be built. The Rotz Well "my well" will be located above the old House you can see from 265 next to the Moores. the laterals will be going south/south east toward the carpenters farm and even across 265 from what i understand. the access will be out to Barker not nevada due to some historical issuse from the maps i have looked at. it will come out to barker between yoder and hostetler if they sign off on it, they may have already. ROW clearing should start soon.
I wonder why the Pletcher well is on hold ? I know oil prices are falling hard but these wells produce so many desired hydrocarbons I think it may not matter much right now.
i believe its a title issue thats holding Pletcher up.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
