Everybody needs to stick together!! Tell them u want 7000 per acre an 20% Roy. No deductions!! That's what my neighbors an myself agreed too! We have just a little over 50acres! If everyone sticks together we will all get that kind of money

George, I live in Greene Township.  Seitel is coming to my farm this Thursday.  I have Not received a check yet but was told they pay $5.00 per acre. God Bless and Good Luck... This company seems very respectful. We shall see....

People have gotten token payments for systemic.. $5/acre crossed. There is always money to seal a contract.     Always get something for everything they do.  They take at every opportunity.

I understand someone is coming around getting permission to sysmetic testing on private properties. Are property owners entitled to a fee for this?  My dad is in his 80's and has property in Green Twp.  They ask him for permission with no offer of any money.

 

Secondly, the pipe line is in but I have not heard when they will put the Noss well in operation. When they drilled it they said it exceeded their expectations, I would think they would want to re-coop  their investimate.

Hope you end up with anyone but Chesapeake.  Haven't had one positive experience with them since they took over the O&G leases.

Got a call from Seitel - seismic survey to begin around Hardins Run Road area 7-17/7-18 (this week!!).
Great news although I'm still hoping to hear my CHK lease has been transferred to Range...
