I received a letter in the mail today from "UTICA LANDOWNERS GROUP LLC. representing Antero Resources offering $5,900 per acre and 21% royalty for landowners in Millwood, Richland and section 2 of Wills TWPs.

Excellent Idea Philip... but I'm sure the Gov. has plans for his increase in the severance tax ..

Chris, No lease info on the map, as Billy said parcel #'s are shown. The County Recorder has nothing to do with this mapping. The Appalachian Ohio Geospatial Partnership is a group of local counties & others trying to set up a standard for GIS mapping in SE ohio. I urge everyone to check out the home page and not just the mapping. As you use the map you can see the importance of having an accurate boundary (property line) layer. This is what we are lacking.

 If they entered at it happened upon new leases being recorded it wouldn't take long at all and it would provide a data base for the auditor office as well when it came to (if it happens the severance tax as well)

Because lease information is constantly changing it would be too costly for the recorders office to post it on a map.  I wish they would.  I would love to see who my neighbors leased to and I don't want to waste a day standing in line at the recorders office to find out.

I think that the score is how certain the search engine is of the match.
