Thanks scott my farm was as well parceled off onother and several years ago was a Bruner break up tract but they never kept the mineral rights so hopefully we are still in the running.

Hopefully you are just part of the backlog. I have a buddy that I know is going to get paid that is still waiting. Reason why I know he is going to be paid is his land was parceled off of same farm that mine & another guys was & we are both paid. No indications of title issues so I am confident his check will be arriving anyday. Hope the same for you.

Sent them an Email said 10% of the group was still out and I should be patient. However if there is a problem with my lease I only have 90 days from the lease end date to correct it and the clock is ticking.Starting to think I should have done some of my own abstracting, Or not have even gotten involved in any of the leasing at all.

If you were part of the KWGD landowners group, I would call them today.  You should have been given some reason why your land was not accepted.

I was in the Gulfport goup and am in Millwood TWP. We live on the Guernsey/Belmont County line. Lease end date came and went with no word.Wondering what to do now? Several acres up here unleased no other offers or landmen around these parts anymore. There are three Oxford wells up here currently pumping. Just over the Belmont county line.They were all drilled this past fall.

Same by me alot of folks leased shallow wells with Oxford before this whole thing broke loose.

I think most of the land around me is leased to either Oxford or MFC Drilling out of Coshocton.

Not sure Phil but the way they swap & buy out each others leases I guess it may not matter a whole lot who has what if they can put together units that way.
