AT informed me that this article linked below refers to Ohio County in West Virginia. Although it refers to developemnts in the Valley and mentions the Exxon/Hess developements. Sorry 'bout that.

Things are awfully quiet in Guernsey Co. these days. Check out the Harrison Co. site for excitement. Just kidding. Here is a link to the Hess acquisitions and the value per acre that they valued our mineral rights. It's the second article down.
