Devon Energy's Chumney Family Trust IH well in Guernsey County reported 448 bbl/day, and 1,203 Mcf/day.

The pad is in Noble County, 2 laterals go northwest into Guernsey & 1 lateral goes southeast in Noble County, Ohio.

I could be wrong, but my guess is this is the well above Quaker City between Quaker and Batesville on 513.  Its in Noble, but the laterals go into Guernsey.
