Landowners Leasing Group is currently forming landowners groups for the purpose of negotiating leases and mineral sales for Harrison, Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, and Noble Counties. We have scheduled several informational meetings for landowners in these counties. John is correct. The Hupp case was recently certified as a class action and includes all Beck leases in the State of Ohio that have not been drilled. If that applies to you you will be notified by the court at some time in the future of your rights in that case.

Beck Litigation - undrilled properties in Monroe County

There may be some action in this case in the near future. If you are not involved in the litigation you may be left out. Your Beck lease may already have been declared void but if you are not signed up and represented your rights will not be protected and you will recieve no  compensation. If you are leased by Beck Energy and do not have a well and have not signed up to be involved in the Hupp dcase you may be left out.

Just a good word/referral to pass along.  Last week I received confirmation that my mineral rights on a portion of my property were successfully transferred back to me using the Dormant Minerals Act.  I used attorney Dick Yoss out of Woodsfield to do this and I am very pleased and appreciative of his services.  If any of you are in need of such services, I would recommend the Yoss Law Office.
