I would think that Eclipse would  want to assign any leasehold that they can't drill, it wouldn't make sense for them to just sit on idle acreage for what they paid. But who knows, time will tell.

WITH OXFORD OIL GETTING BOUGHT OUT ANYONE HAVE ANY CLUE IF THAT WILL HELP US IN T-COUNTY.  THERE IS HBP PROPERTIES ALL AROUND US IN WARWICK TWP. OWNED BY OXFORD.  ONE OF THEIR WELLS IS ON THE HILL BEHIND ME.  IN FACT I PURCHASE FIELD GAS FROM THEM TO HEAT MY HOME.

Was out in the back country yesterday.....End of Blizzard Ridge (Near Clark Farm) and further out...There are blue gas lines going in everywhere.  The pipeliners business is booming.  All connecting to the pipelines heading towards 250, across 800 and Moravian Trail.

Isn't the pan for drilling six wells on every pad?" I mean, I have always heard that each unit, each pad is designed to have 6 wells drilled all within a few feet from one another at the center of each pad and from there they go down then out horizontally into their respective directions. The only reason they would not drill 6 wells on one pad is if they discovered early on none of the wells were worth it. Having all six wells drilled from the one pad in the center of the unit consolidates their expenses. To hold a lease though, they can get away with drilling just one vertical (shallow) well every five years (or within the term of the lease agreements) to keep the leases in effect and thus avid renewal bonuses.

Meanwhile, Chevron is building a well pad to drill along U.S. Route 250 at Station 15, about 6 miles west of Uhrichsville.
Company officials recently met with Uhrichsville Mayor Terry Culbertson to discuss the project. They also met with representatives of the village of Dennison.
“They met with us so they can get on board with the fire and police department in case there’s something they need,” he said.
Culbertson said he was told that Chevron will drill six wells on the pad. The project could result in 25 to 30 jobs.
He was given no date as to when drilling would begin or end.

I will be surprised if Consol drills the mollett well until next year. They are in production mode drilling in Noble county. Add to that they are only running 1 drilling rig right now.

I think that when they drill the Mollett well we will find out a lot about eastern T-County

I noticed that as well. The pressure issues seem to be a problem in Tusc and low gas to oil ratios. Consol seems to say one thing and then turn around and do the opposite the next week. Seems these companies want the condensate now. First they all wanted oil, then wet gas, and now they want condensate. Guess when Beachy results come in we will see the future.
