We landowners need to stick to one agreement and no one will be left behind. 7000 per acre 22.5% Roy. No deductions! And the ability to audit production records monthly. 10% penalty for the company's that falsify production records! With back payment! Along with other agreements obviously. But these can serve as the base of a standered agreement for all landowners! Any comments welcome.

Hey western law. Co. Rex just told my neighbor on wampum mt air rd. whose lease is up. An Rex is trying to sign a new lease with. That they will have a new well put in befor next summer! Just west of patterson well and south of gephart well!! So the guess is Mcbrides farm on Mt Air rd!

They were giving that deal to everyone around me. Had to have 7 acres or more.

Drew can I ask how many acres you have? That deal sounds like you have a lot of property to get that kind of deal.

2.5 years ago we got $3250/acre. 22.5% with no deductions. Renewable in 5 years. AND promises in general. Kind of feel we were sold out by Shell/SWEPI. But who knows. Maybe it's for the better.

There is absolutely nothing going on in my area. Have not heard anything, seen anything. When this all started for us I was constantly reading and following all of this. I have kind of put it on the back burner for now. It has been 2.5 years since we signed and you see companies come and go, leases sold off to other companies. Now SWEPI kicking us to the curb. All these big promises from SWEPI. Never read much into the promises, but a lot of people did. Now you hear about these companies supposedly cheating people out of royalty money. Have not really seen anything positive out of any of this. Yes the bonus money was nice.

I hope Rex starts kicking butt like Hilcorp is now. They (Hilcorp) have 3 big rigs in Lawrence county now.
