I really don't know what their differences are. This will be my first time attending either one of their meetings. I know that Jennifer Garrison has a group of attornies on board with her and I believe that there is a slight percentage fee involved. I have heard there is no fee involved with Des's group but hope to know more about both of them after attending their meetings.

George, thank you for the update.  I will be attending the Caldwell meeting on Thursday and hope to attend the meeting by Jennifer Garrison in Lower Salem on Friday. I don't own a huge amount of property (45 acres) but I am deeply interested in where Noble Co. is going with all of this.

Des Wertheimers - Thursday, October 20th at 6:00pm at the Community Center at the Noble County Fairgrounds - All  townships in Noble County are welcome to attend. I verified this meeting with the Caldwell Journal-Leader yesterday.

Not much showing up on this forum lately.  Looking for a Noble County group to join? As some of you may already know it would need to be a group that accepts Elk and Jefferson Townships.

Robert you caught me off guard this morning and I retract my earlier comment. After further review I'm gonna have to agree with you 100%. Offer #1 is definitely in our best interest, but I still reservations regarding this 3rd party language and our royalty payment. Please check your email box.

Robert...I don't think he's entertaining anyone....he's just giving us the information that came back from the bid package..... for us as a group to vote on next week.

Well...let's hope the royalty payment isn't after all post production costs or you can kiss at least half that payment good-bye.
