Hello Teresa..just a comment about small acres..they don't have to drill ON your property..if an adjacent property in the unitized field has a successful well drilled and you have a lease, your lease will explain your royalty as the proportionate share that you are of the total..your royalty is from that proportion.  By the way, we are close hopefully to a lease with FCEC..our attorney is checking the lease out.  That offer by eclipse is similar to FCEC, but have they given you a lease to look at and talked to you?  Face to face discussion is good!

Hi Theresa!

My place is near Enlow Rd. & 285. Looks like about 7-9 miles driving, about 2 miles as the crow flies.

Hi Robert, how close are you to 566? I live off of 574....just past County Rd 65 (Jim Ball Rd).

Thanks Daniel, is Traeth a local O&G Co.? I'm looking into the KWGD group, but I'm worried that I may get lost in a large group that has a bunch of acreage and I'll never see any drilling on my property because it's only 13 acres and then it's tied in a lease for 5 years. I've also been approached by eclipse and offered 2300/acre 15%....definitely much to think about.

Hi Theresa, Daniel.

I have 18 acres near Seneca Lake (actually about 4 miles south of Senecaville). How much acreage are you talking about? Does anyone know if it being on a hill makes mauch difference?

From the maps I've seen, we don't have as much Marcellus possibilities as Utica.

A good source to contact for a lease deal would be Traeth Energy Teresa. (740) 705-0022 will provide you with good information.

Hello, I'm a newbie too! It seems that this group is just starting, as I don't see much discussions here yet. Anyway, I live near Seneca Lake and have a small amt. of acreage. I found out yesterday via my neighbor that there is a group forming here and they have been approached by Fossil Creek....I believe they were offered 1750/acre & 15%....I do have a sample lease contract that I got from my neighbor which it's pretty much greek to me at this point. I plan to attend the next meeting to find out more information. This is all new to me so I'm trying to learn as much as I can.... I'm very thankful I found this site....very valuable information here.
