hello just thought i would post this, i was contacted today by karen a landwomen for magnum land who leases for eclipse resources and she said eclipse would be hosting an open signing this saturday, she said they would be offering $3700 an ac and 18% thought it sounded alright.  My property is in center township by the high school about 4 miles from where eclipse has already started to drill on 285; that seems like a plus for me since they are in the area and drilling now which should put them into production faster for quicker royalty payements.   I was wondering what other peoples' thoughts from this area might be.

Yeah, with all the activity going on at the courthouse you would think so...  It would be interesting to see what happens in the next few months.

There is an article in the Ledger Journal about the overloaded at the Noble County courthouse, seems they're getting overloaded with requests and the worried about the portable scanner doing damage to documents.

Did anybody see the front page of Thursday's Jeffersonion, there was an article about leases and that a representative from the Shell Oil Company was having landowner sign leases for $5,000 an acre and 20%.

Linda I agree with you, I think there is strength in numbers and I like the agreement with this group, it's nonbinding and Des seems to have an acute understanding of what's going on, I was impressed, my wife and I also signed up and were not in any big hurry either.  Good meeting you Linda and I'm sure we'll meet again at future meetings.

Linda, I had a representative come out to my place on the 12th and gave me a review lease also with no $ on it.  The print was so small I could hardly read it, he called yesterday to do a follow-up on a request that we made for a larger print copy of that same lease, so I reckon I'm gonna hear from him in about another week or so, I still haven't signed with anybody and that's why I'm going to this meeting tonight to get information.
