Hi, just wanted people to know that my sister signed with chesapeake last night.  Shes in tuscarawas county , Uhrichsville Ohio. She said the lady told her that chesapeake wanted Tuscarawas county wrapt up within a week. She only has 1.8 acres. She got 2750 and 17 percent

We dealt with them back in january for the nettle well in clay township. We couldnt get any higher than 12.5 percent that was in our old agreement from 1964. We signed papers and our water was tested and heard nothing since.

Has anyone dealt with Chesapeake, that has an older lease, in regards to changing the pooling size of their old lease.  Has anyone had any success in getting betters terms on the lease, such as royalities or etc.?

Anyone have any production numbers for the Troyer well?  I heard they are out....but can't locate any info.

new cumberland is becoming a hot bed!

There will also be a Brannon well one the other side of new cumberland from Mizer well

I am waiting to see where/when the next Tusc. County permits will show up.
