Gentleman,

I'm not sure how much liberty I have to give too many details but I can tell you I saw the royalty statements and $1,075/acre per month was the net check to the royalty owner.  20% royalty and I think it was Millwood Twp.  There were 4 wells total in the unit.

Jeremy, which township is the well in?  What is the royalty %?  Were deductions taken out?

Just FYI - someone I know is receiving royalties for a well in Guernsey County.  I have seen the first 5 months worth of royalty data and it works out to $1,075/acre per month.

I have wondered if it would be a good idea to limit the number of days that they can flare.  How long do they really need to flare?  That is some landowners royalties going up in smoke.
