Wish he'd send the emails to everyone who tells him they are interested. I've asked but his follow through is a bit lacking. I have a commitment tonight that I can't get out of this late in the game. With a couple days notice however....

Yeah he sent out an email a few days ago with updated meeting times. I'm also going to the meeting tonight in akron.

Amen Margie. The republicans control both the Ohio house and senate so I don't think this will pass. Hopefully its nothing more then a dumb publicity stunt. But you make a great point. People need to wake up and see the history and stances on who they vote for.

Here is a link to an article written by a prominent oil & gas attorney about lease clauses often found in leases offered  in the Utica and Marcellus Shale plays. Interesting reading and reinforces the fact that you MUST have a good landowner-friendly lease that you FULLY understand.

Also heard that the pergaling group in Harrison and Jefferson county had to pay 100 per Acer and % for life
