SEOLA, a landowner group, was getting a bit more I think. You can check a run down of the deals they negotiated. It's possible they are taking more landowners but not sure. http://seohiolandowners.org/Press.aspx
Can anyone tell me the current bonus offers in Noble County? I have heard Rex is offering $4ooo and 20 % for Beaver twp. Thank you.
P.S. Hello anyone home?
can anyone tell me the current bonus offers in Beaver twp.
Thank You
Can anyone tell me what Antero Resources offered leasewise and royaltywise for the meeting on Saturday? There were four townships invited to sign and the agreement was negotiated by Jennifer Garrison's group.
This meeting is with SEOLA I think. The meeting info is on their page here: http://seohiolandowners.org/Scheduled_Meetings.aspx
I think you can call them for that info.
There is a meeting this evening with Antero Resources for people with property in Northern Elk/Northern Jefferson and two other townships in Noble County. Could someone please post what is discussed? We are in Southern Elk Township and would like to know what is being offered.
I have a very good attorney that has been handling my lease, and has also found a lot of issues with Eclipse's contract which they are not willing to answer. If anyone would like to contact him his name is William Evans phone #330-434-4050
Kathy, one group that I know has completed a deal in Noble is SEOLA, you can visit their site here:

This is probably the group you heard about. See their Press page.
I think they are still accepting new members in Noble. They were also featured in a New York Times article just yesterday:

Tom and Donna, THANK YOU. I called them this morning, and was less than impressed with the replies I received to my questions. The responses were more "hype" than information, and the person had very long answers to simple questions. I think we'll stay away from them.
Thanks, again!
We saw a recent notice in the Noble County Journal for Lensman & Associates, Ltd talking about "a landowner group in Noble County" who recently "signed leases for oil and gas exploration on their properties."
Can anyone tell me about this company or the group?

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
