Noticed from a previous post that you own property in the Northern part of Ashtabula County. I have acreage probably in the same general area as you. What are your thoughts on where we stand with the Utica. I see only charts and graphs...nothing definitive. Are we light years down the road from anything. Also, in your estimation are we wet or dry? I am a novice to all of this.

I believe all bankruptcy transactions will be with the US Bankruptcy Trustee, Atty. Andrew Suhar. Both Andy's office and the Bankruptcy court is in downtown Youngstown. My suggestion is that you open an account with the strongest bank here, Farmers Bank out of Canfield. As of Friday, I am waiting word from Suhar, but we need to get all the paperwork inorder first from Alden, infact I have not had time to give Alden your check yet but don't worry, he knows of it and we are retained.
