Anyone know what is going on with Penn Energy in Marion and New Sewickley Twp.? Many well pads but not much drilling. Are they wailting on pipeline or scalling back on the drilling?

I have 90 acres in Beaver County and penn Energy is putting wells on the property next to mine and want to use my property for an access road. Does anyone know what the growing rate is ?

Rich, I agree landowners should stick together but... You might well get 7K/acre and maybe 20% as well at some point in time in the future, but don't count on getting no deductions. In my opinion anyhow.

B Jones, you should start a new discussion above with this question as not all read the comment walls.

I'm pretty sure, but not certain, Seven Oaks had a deal brewing some years ago then they decided not to lease. So you won't see any drilling happening on their property any time soon.

NO the leaseholder isn't normally notified to my knowledge. You need to watch your property documents online at the BC website every so often to see what all is going on with your lease.

Hello,  Has anyone heard of any drilling prospects in Brighton Township in the Greek Catholic /7 Seven Oaks area?  Also, when a lease is sold to another Company, is the lease holder notified?  Thanks for any information.
