They said at the meet & greet that the lease in the handout was what they were offering at the signing this weekend. I don't believe they plan on negotiating lease terms.  Attached is the handout...   Gulfport%20Guernsey%20Lease%20Signing.pdf

I went to the meeting and have their handout.  Paying $5000 signing bonus and 20% net royalty.  Whole agreement is 12 pages and is not well written unless you are Gulfport.  KWGD's document was much better.  Here is a link to a well written landowner fair lease you can print and take to their sign-up as an alternative:

gulfort is leasing this friday and saturday at pritchard laughlin civic center. 8-5 both days. if someone can provide the details as in bonus payments and royalties, i would appreciate it. i didnt make it to the meet and greet and live 200 miles away so im out of the loop except what i read on here.
