Jeff, I will definately BEWARE. I'm to the point that I don't believe anyone. Finnbear: Haven't heard anything at all for anywhere in Noble Co. I keep hoping that at the end of this quarter, things will start opening up for us. I believe by looking at some of the maps posted that I fall in the wet gas to oil area. Not currently in any group but I do follow posts out of several counties just to see where things might be going. I have much Ohio Power around me and I back up to them so hope that my mineral rights might be of interest to them or to someone. Patients, patients, patients.

My uncle has 25 acres in Buffalo twp. Is there anything going on in that area. He lives in Summit county and wants to know if anyone is interested in leasing his acres.

I haven't seen anything going on in Noble county since last year, watch who you listen to I have seen the same people on all the county sights implying they are land owners but it seems odd they have property in each county. BEWARE

What landowner groups are in Noble Co. and are they taking new members? I have been reading the entried on GMS and currently I'm confused with all the back biting going on. For someone new to this, I don't know which way to turn or who to believe anymore. Is there any company that is trustworthy? Input would be greatly appreciated.

I have been reading the various entries for Noble Co.  Has anyone heard any recent information regarding interest in Noble Co. or of any meetings being held?

Finnbear, I don't think they anything is going to happen until after the first of the year but I'm keeping my ears open just in case.

Is anyone still paying any attention to Noble county concerning leasing?

My mistake folks, it's not Alliance it's ARTEX.  All of the landmen that was working for Jim Bourbeau Land Services,Inc. out of Westerville,Oh.  that represented Anadarko  have been laid off.  Anadarko has stopped buying leases for now and has turned all of their land buying services over to ARTEX.  Just a little information
