I am patiently waiting to hear what kind of numbers Al Cramblett is going share with us from his wells.  Also have a buddy that is going to be included in a new well, so maybe I can get some real evidence to share with us landowners.  This year is already looking to be the most active of as yet.

Busy Bee, I think that Dodson pad lateral is a mistake.  They probably either miscoded the end point of the lateral, or the coordinates were sent in incorrectly on the permit from Chesapeake.

i know some of us are still waiting to be included in a unit and after the talk i had with a neighbor back home if you do not need money at this time and you already have a lease just be calm and steady it is going to come the last offer sent to me was for eleven thousand dollars an acre thats to sell my mineral rights to someone else something i do not ever wish to do. whats about to happen will over shadow that big time so just hold on and enjoy the ride what have we got to lose nothing .

I just buzzed by the ODNR well locator map . What is going on with the new lateral on the Dodson pad ? Strange !!
