ODNR is coming tuesday to inspect placement of pad and access road
It probably would be reported under "Rents and Royalties" (Schedule E?) but check with your tax adviser to be sure. What sort of tax statement is your producer providing you for this income?
my guestion is if you recieve money every year for gas you were to use in your home is that money taxable or not i am to recieve three thousand dollars every year when well goes into production for gas i would have used in my furnace to heat my home thank you for any answer's to my guestion
A little info on unitization in Ohio.
If CHK is consistent with naming their wells, it appears the permits are for 3 wells on the pad - 2 with horizontals laterals from the pad to the S/SW and 1 with a horizontal lateral from the pad to the N/NW.
wonder why their is 3 permits

- Expand the "Reports" folder
- Select "County Engineer's" and "Search " will open
- In "Search", under "County" select "= Equal" and "Harrison"
- Under "Township", select "= Equal" and "German"
- Enter nothing in any of the other boxes and then click "Report" at the top.
- Report should open. You will find the 3 permits listed on pages 3 and 4.
where do i find that
Gary Hall-There are 3 permits now listed under the Engineer Permit Section on ODNR website for the Hall Pad. It sounds like what they told you is accurate.
