Earl the $8000 per acre was from Bounty Minerals. I am in Archer and Stock .

KWGD is talking about "portions or all of gas & oil rights, title, & interest."  Tho they are not drilling in my neck of the woods at this time, it's only been 1 1/2 yrs since the rights were leased so what's the hurry to sell everything off?  They're touting a tax benefit and, heaven knows, we've all given enough to the govt from our up-front monies.  But am not sure a tax benefit is enough of a draw to me.  I'd like to hear what they have to say but don't think I'm interested.

Earl I've been offered $8000 a while back and this past week one for around $ 7500. Those were written . One verbal for $10,000. Sue I also received the e-mail from KWGD. Sounds like another way for someone to get their hands in our pockets .
