Oh how I wish I had the stomach for politics. I'm hoping that Harrison Co. will be able to have better schools, better community services, better jobs because of all this, not just get used and abused while a few people become rich!

Whoever is laying the pipelines should put in fiber optic for high speed internet while they're at it, that would go a long way in making people happier. Just a thought.

When I got the first offer on our mineral rights several years ago, I told the person I might consider an offer of one million, and he laughed. I expected him to laugh, because we're not really interested in selling. Saw what happened to relatives in another state years ago, mineral rights sold for a dollar an acre, cash. The people that held out got quite a bit more, lol. I would encourage folks to not sell everything
