If you are unleased at this time, read this article. Lease rates in Harrison may really go up in 2013, after the gathering systems and plants are built. Make sure you look at the slide show of the top 5 states (lease rates).

Earl, they can most likely do anything they want on the jockey hollow hunting area. Consol,  North American Coal, and most smaller companies held all of the mineral rights before selling or donating any surface land. Most likely Hess or Consol will be active in that area.
