what are the names on list and witch townships in Harrison county and what is really going on with this chapter 11

Phillip it is interesting . I guess I believed once we signed leases with them they would keep there remaining share of the mineral rights . Not the case I have found out . There were dozens of other landowners in Harrison county on the document as well . There was no rhyme or reason for the locations either . I believe property was listed from the majority of the townships also .

I recently checked on one of my leases with the recorders office. The lease was originally with CHK . In the last year it has been recorded 4 different time with numerous names on the deed . Groups or companies now owning as little as 4% of the minerals . And no these minerals were never sold .

Is it possible that a portion of mineral interests were sold to Autoseis by CHK or another operator ? Maybe the minerals under our land were listed as assets in the bankruptcy case .

Why is Autoseis sending chapter 11 notices to landowners? Are you waiting for a payment from them?
