Thanks for this info. I notice some of my neighbors on there (all Amish).

I know first hand that they were all hurting for money and in dire financial need.

If you go to the Ashtabula County Recorder's website - http://cotthosting.com/ohashtabula/LandRecords/protected/SrchQuickN...

in the field where it says last name/firm name type Wishgard and hit enter, you will see all of the memo of leases they have recorded since last year.  There is quite a few in Ashtabula county, not as many in trumbull.

Where do you go to/look up the lease signing information? Is there one page that lists this info or do you have to look at a specific landowner.

What is the WWW info and other page info to do this?

I know that Wishgard is hot and heavy on the lease signing ( I have been contacted twice since Jan/12 but I have not heard or saw anything from ALOV yet.

I think it is interesting that no specifics from ALOV regarding the two counties but if you look on Ashtabula County's recorder's website, there are many, many Wishgard leases recorded between the Fall 2011 and March 16.
